Oldham Coliseum’s stage was given a new lease of life today as our resident production team along with set builders Splinter created a truly amazing backdrop for On The Piste.
Complete with a fully functional ski slope, Austrian alpine foliage, a moveable sauna and funky bar the set has everything the cast need to create a remarkable performance as the show opens this coming Thursday 3 September.
Take a look how the set looked as the production team put together the finishing touches ready for tomorrow’s rehearsal on the piste!

With opening night just around the corner the cast of On The Piste have taken their skiing lessons up a level as they tackle bigger and bolder slopes at Rossendale Ski.
With in preparations in full swing and the slope being built this Friday make sure you book your ticket and witness the cast skiing live on the Coliseum’s stage.

Today Oldham Coliseum’s latest cast members took a trip to Rossendale Ski for their first lesson on the piste. With a mixture of abilities the cast took to the slopes in an attempt to polish up their skiing skills ready for the productions opening night on 3 September.
With a fully functional ski slope on the Coliseum stage let’s hope they get their skiing skills up to scratch over the next few weeks.
