As a Young Producer you will get the opportunity to discover different theatre companies, explore how a theatre decides what shows to put on its stage and add your voice to the decisions we make about future work. You will play a leading role in supporting the front of house activity at youth performances and discover what happens once the audience arrive at the theatre.
