Opening Times
The Box Office is open Monday – Saturday from 10am – 6pm (7.30pm when there is an evening show) there is an answerphone service outside these hours.
Payment
We accept cash, cheques and major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. We also accept theatre tokens.
Exchanges and Tickets by Post
If you have to change your plans we’ll do our best to help by changing your tickets to another performance of the same production, subject to availability. However, so that we can re-sell your old tickets we must receive them back no later than 24 hours before the performance. A one-off 50p administration charge is made to non-season ticket holders.
