Updated procedures for covid-safety at the Coliseum

Following the recent Government announcement, from tomorrow (Friday 10 December) masks will now be compulsory when attending the Coliseum.  You must wear a face covering at all times during your visit, unless you’re eating or drinking.  If you are unable to wear a mask due to a medical condition, the Coliseum supports the Sunflower Lanyard Scheme. Children under the age of 11 are also exempt.

We also want to take this opportunity to clarify that the Coliseum will not be asking for vaccine passports or similar to attend our venue. The rules on vaccine passports only apply to non-seated venues over 500, which doesn’t include us.

However, we’d encourage our audiences to take a lateral flow test before visiting and to be respectful of those around you, for the safety of everyone visiting or working at the Coliseum. Please don’t attend the Coliseum if you have contracted Covid or have been told to isolate – with this in mind we have updated our terms and conditions of sale.

Thank you, as always, for your ongoing support as we continue to navigate these changes
