Janina is a freelance Arts Marketing Consultant specialising in leading teams, developing strategies, and delivering campaigns across a wide range of cultural organisations.

Previously Janina worked widely at senior level within venues, festivals and touring companies, most recently as Director of Sales and Marketing at Birmingham Royal Ballet, Marketing Director at Manchester International Festival/Factory International and Head of Marketing at The Lowry.

Before this she worked for a wide range of arts and cultural organisations including the Ambassadors Theatre Group, the Barbican and BAFTA (British Academy of Film and Television Awards) and has been a trustee for Manchester charities Reclaim and Brighter Sound.
