With almost 25 years of cultural and not-for-profit marketing experience Jennifer started her career with marketing roles at The Lowry, Tate Liverpool, the NHS and Chester Zoo.
Her specific interests are in brand strategy, audience insight and research and audience development. She has a passion for widening access to the arts and delivering social and environmental impact.
She has rich experience in converting brand strategies and insight into practical, creative and commercially effective campaigns.
Since launching The Good Cause Project in summer 2021, Jennifer has worked with a wide range of cultural organisations including theatres, producers , heritage organisations, festivals, arts centres and museums, extending the capacities of their in-house teams and delivering fresh perspectives on marketing strategy.
Her clients include Shakespeare North Playhouse, Northern Stage, Hay Festival and the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra.
