Your tickets will come to you via email, or if requested you can collect them from the house door before a performance.

You can exchange tickets for another performance of the same show, subject to availability, within 48 hours’ notice.

We are not able to offer refunds, unless a performance is cancelled.

We’ll do our best whenever we can to let you in if you’re running late, however it is not always possible to admit latecomers into our venues or get you to your booked seat. Our Welcomes Manager will let you know what is possible.
